COVID 19 brought forward an incredible demand for veterinary care which already had a shortage of DVM’s and technicians. We are well connected with all strategic buyers and have good connections with individual buyers. At times, due to the human resource shortage in the industry, we need to conduct some pre-sale planning to optimize the sale.
