Meet The Part2 Team

Our team is a dedicated group of talented professionals who have over 20 years of combined experience who have made transactions and selling businesses their life’s passion. So, get to know our team and how they can translate their experience and know-how to success for you.

Raj takes has been selling businesses for nearly 20 years with a finance and accounting background.

His unique and comprehensive financial skillset is in evidence with his CPA, CA, CBV, ABV, CFF designations. Outside of studying for financial designations, Raj has a wife and two children and his passion is travel.

His favourite destinations have been Israel and Greece.

Ian has been involved in the sale of businesses for over 20 years with a transaction negotiation, price maximization and deal support background.

His six years as a Corporate Controller and VP Finance in two manufacturing companies has given him insight into the importance of operations and financial reporting in telling the story of the business’ results. Though Ian has been a CPA, CA for over 35 years he is still interested in learning new skills, such as the use of AI in data analysis and other business functions.

He has a passion for traveling to see different cultures and trying out new foods and adventures.

Matt is a CPA with over eight years of experience and has been involved in the sale of businesses for the last four years at the ground level, assisting clients with due diligence, data rooms, and transaction structuring support.

At Part2 he brings this experience and his passion with helping clients understand the value in their business from current cash flows and future potential pricing metrics. He has a passion for golf and camping and taking his young children to local parks and other adventures.
